Referred by:
If you have been referred, or recommended by someone we already do business with, we’d like to know. We’re great believers in personally thanking the people that share the word of our services – it’s the best acknowledgment that we can receive as a business.
If some cases, this may even help with the initial configuration and integration of your account, especially if the system you are using, is the same as the person that referred you to us.

Monthly volume:
Don’t worry, you’re not setting a commitment, and we understand that some months you may send more, and other months hardly anything.
This is simply an approximate amount of messages you expect to send on a monthly basis.
We only ask for this information to ensure that enough resources are assigned, and any applicable low-balance alerts are reflective of your anticipated activity.

The type of service:
Although our core business is supply of Direct route SMSs for both UK and International termination , we also offer an extensive global multi-net, steered and unsteered range of data SIMs and solutions.
To complement our Data SIMs, we also have established relationships with major UK wholesale and distribution hardware providers, and a direct relationship with Samsung to license and supply Knox configured devices.

How you want your SMSs delivered:
We use this terminology to describe how we process and deliver your business text messages. Please select the option that best describes how you want your SMSs delivered.
Via API – means our system talking to your system, software or application. Fundamentally this would be a delivery method coded directly into the software you are most familiar with. We can supply our API in multiple languages to assist your developers.
Via Email – is a quick and simple method to integrate. With nothing to install, no set-up costs or monthly fee, simply use your favourite email client to send and receive those all-important text messages.
Via Oello – our code-free SMS application that gives you the comprehensive capability of an integrated API delivery system without the need of any bespoke coding.
Not applicable – please select this if you are intending to open an account relating to our M2M data SIMs or you have a requirement for supply of hardware, or Samsung Knox.

Accepting the agreement:
Our terms and conditions are called the ‘Agreement for provision of services’, encompassing our full terms, privacy, anti-spam and cookie policies, these must be accepted prior to an account being successfully created, and subsequently used to transmit SMSs on your behalf.

Get registered for instant top-up
When you open a Faretext account to integrate SMS capabilities into your software or application, you have the option to request for an ‘instant top-up account’. Once registered, you will be able to purchase credits via debit or credit card, view historic orders, download invoices and check out your current balance. If you’re interested, please just let us know upon account creation.
